Job Description
The Development Events Coordinator will support the Development Events Manager in planning and executing internal donor, member, and collaborator events, including workshops, community forums, and OMCA activities. This role requires on-site work, cross-departmental collaboration, and support for communications with vendors and talent. It is a regular part-time position and will be scheduled on a weekly basis, with some shifts including occasional nights/weekends.

Requirements

  • Maintain event documents, process deposits, and track expenditures
  • Attend meetings related to event usage and compliance
  • Support events with event planning, setup, and catering
  • Conduct vendor research and communicate with clients and vendors
