Job Description
Development Intern will assist in market data research, site planning, underwriting, and other tasks as part of the Development team. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required, along with knowledge of financial concepts and metrics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and relate effectively with other Associates
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, organizational, and time management skills
  • Knowledge of the key financial concepts and metrics as they relate to the multi-family real estate industry
