Role OverviewWe are looking to add a Development Manager to our growing team. As a Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading the entitlement process, managing external consultants, and ensuring compliance with regulations and project objectives. You will work collaboratively across intercompany departments and provide clear reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
What You Will Do
Conduct comprehensive site feasibility and due diligence, lead the entitlement process, manage and coordinate a team of external consultants, perform critical reviews of technical deliverables, and represent NorthPoint in public hearings and meetings.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Real Estate
- 5+ years of experience in relevant position
- Deep understanding of the land entitlement process, including zoning, subdivision, due diligence, plan development, and infrastructure coordination
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet critical deadlines
- Strong interpersonal communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Energetic, resourceful, and hands-on individual with the ability to approach problems both logically and creatively
- Detail focused with great organizational skills
- Able to work collaboratively as a team and independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel as required to support project and business needs
