Role Overview

This position will support the Richmond General Office, driving agent retention and production efforts, implementing training programs, and building partnerships with the field management team. The role requires a strong understanding of NYLIC University's Blended Learning Curriculum and Critical Selling Skills Systems, as well as NYL Central implementation. The Development Manager will lead national prospecting week efforts, promote sales initiatives, and develop a solid knowledgebase of NYLIC products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Two-time Council qualifier with a solid Life Case Rate (specific to internal applicants) or Previous PF2 experience
  • Valid State Life and Health Licenses
  • FINRA Registrations- Series 6 & 63
