Role OverviewThe Development Manager supports the Development Director in growing OBM's portfolio of assets by identifying new opportunities for spectacular signage and IKE kiosks, securing leases for operation, and working with municipal officials to obtain permits. The role involves understanding IKE siting criteria, engaging with property owners, and developing relationships with city staff and quasi-government institutions. The Development Manager will work closely with Development Directors to meet objectives such as tracking lease agreement expiration, developing presentation materials, and managing communications with property owners and regulators.
What You Will Do
The Development Manager's day-to-day responsibilities include understanding IKE siting criteria, identifying sites for placement of IKE kiosks, engaging with property owners, developing and maintaining relationships with city staff and quasi-government institutions, driving projects forward through cross-functional communication, suggesting creative solutions for navigating complex regulatory environments, tracking lease agreement expiration, developing presentation materials, managing communications with property owners and regulators, collaborating with Sales and Operations departments, and strengthening OBM's relationships with landlords and other partners through proactive communication and relationship building.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of two-years' work experience (preferably in a related field such as real estate/finance, public policy or law)
- Project management experience a plus
