Job Description
Make a lasting impact with Developmental Pathways by providing 1:1 in-home support to children and teens with Autism or developmental disabilities. As an ABA Behavior Technician, you'll implement personalized behavior plans, collect data, support skill development, and empower families through training and compassion.

Requirements

  • Male candidate who speaks Spanish
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • No experience required (entry-level training provided)
  • RBT certification a plus
  • Ability to work flexible afternoon, evening, or weekend hours
