Role OverviewAs a Developmental Progress Coach - RBT, you will provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. You will serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans. You will foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.

Your main responsibilities will include providing ABA services to clients, recording session data accurately, and serving as an integral member of our clinical team.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- RBT certification
- Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism
