Job Description
Skyworks is seeking a DFM Technical Director to design, define, and implement complex system requirements for customers, coordinate design of subsystems, and identify and resolve program support deficiencies. The role requires experience and skills in system requirements, hardware/software compatibility, and subsystem design. Skyworks offers a fast-paced environment with global collaboration, minimal management layers, and opportunities for creative thinking and meaningful contributions. The typical base pay range for this role is USD $170,100 - $339,500 per year.

Requirements

  • Designs, defines, and implements complex system requirements for customers and/or prepares studies and analyzes existing systems.
  • Determines system specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility.
  • Coordinates design of subsystems and integration of total system.
  • Identifies, analyzes, and resolves program support deficiencies.
  • Develops and recommends corrective actions.
