Job Description
As a Test Engineer, develop, modify, and sustain test software on Cohu Diamondx Semiconductor ATE instrumentation for digital, analog, and mixed-signal ICs. Manage test infrastructure, ensure efficient/high-quality test processes, and mentor other engineers. Significant experience using the Cohu Diamondx platform and test program development from scratch required.
