Job Description
The Die Setter - 2nd, 3rd Shift North Vernon, IN is a 6-month contract-to-hire role that requires powder metal experience and familiarity with mechanical/hydraulic presses.

Requirements

  • Experience with mechanical/hydraulic presses (Cincinnati 550) for powdered metal compacting
  • Familiarity with the metallurgical properties of ferrous/non-ferrous powders and forgings
  • Blueprint reading and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
  • Quality inspection tools: micrometers, hardness testers, CMM
  • High School or GED equivalent
