Job Description
Join the Oak Harbor Freight Lines family as a Diesel Mechanic/Swing on a 4p-12:30am shift. Perform preventative maintenance, diagnose and repair equipment, and ensure optimal functionality and safety.

Requirements

  • Review and address written reports and verbal complaints from drivers regarding equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks on equipment
  • Conduct tests on equipment and systems
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems
  • Execute repairs on brakes, electrical systems, and other critical components
  • Document all repairs, maintenance activities, and any disciplinary or accountability-related concerns
