Job Description
Role Overview

Work with a team of experienced professionals on diesel trucks and alternative fuel source fleets, diagnosing and repairing engine, transmission, brake, suspension, electrical, hydraulic, and body components. Requires knowledge of heavy duty and light duty trucks, including gasoline, diesel, and CNG systems.

What You Will Do

Diagnose mechanical problems, perform repairs and maintenance, communicate with managers/drivers, complete paperwork, follow safety policies, and maintain a clean work area.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Requires knowledge of suspension inspections, brake system inspections, electrical system inspections, hydraulic system inspections, and proficiency in diagnostic tools. Must be able to complete work within Suggested Repair Times (SRTs) and estimate time and material required for repairs.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Suspension Inspections, Diagnosis and Repair
  • Knowledge of Brake System Inspections, Diagnosis and Repair
  • Knowledge of Electrical System Inspection, Diagnosis and Repair
  • Knowledge of Hydraulic System Inspection, Diagnosis and Repair
  • Proficient in the use of Diagnostic tools with the ability to interpret and make repairs from Service Manuals
  • Ability to complete work within Suggested Repair Times (SRTs) and the ability to estimate time and material required for repairs
  • CDL Class B (preferred within 12 months)
