What You Will Do
Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on Waste Pro's fleet of heavy-duty refuse vehicles, including Mack, Peterbilt, Freightliner, Autocar, Heil, McNeilus, and other diesel, CNG, LPG, and Hybrid-powered vehicles.

Requirements
- 3-5+ years of heavy-duty diesel repair experience
- Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience repairing Class 8 trucks and heavy equipment
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, electrical systems, hydraulics, brakes, suspension, steering, drivetrains, and emissions systems
- Welding and fabrication experience (preferred)
- Basic computer skills for diagnostics and repair documentation
- A strong commitment to safety and OSHA compliance
- The ability to obtain seven ASE Certifications (or equivalent) within 36 months
- CDL Class B preferred
- Candidates without CDL must be able to obtain one within company guidelines
