Role OverviewAs a Diesel Mechanic at R+L Carriers, you will be responsible for day-to-day equipment maintenance on our fleet equipment, including preventative maintenance and minor to major repairs on Class 8 trucks, trailers, and potentially forklifts.
What You Will Do
Maintain trailers, overhead doors, lift gates, dollies, and perform welding depending on location. Use Cetaris for work orders and have experience with AC and Electrical.

Requirements
- Experience in preventive maintenance and repairs on diesel engines
- Ability to handle major repairs
- Experience with AC and Electrical
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Must have own tools
- 2+ Years of Diesel Mechanic experience preferred
- Experience in preventive maintenance of Cummins & Detroit engines
- Experience using Cetaris for work orders
- Experience in Trailer PMs and repairs
