Role OverviewAs a Diesel Mechanic/Technician, you'll perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Class 6-8 trucks in a field environment. You'll be responsible for keeping fleets on the road, performing DOT inspections, and following up on repairs. You'll work independently and be part of a supportive team that values your skill, drive, and dedication.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing and repairing electrical, brake, cooling, and air systems, using advanced diagnostic tools, and road testing vehicles to ensure every repair meets top-quality standards.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on diesel tech experience working on Class 6-8 trucks
- Expertise in CNG engine systems is a huge plus
- DOT inspection and air brake repair expertise
- Strong communication skills

- Independent, dependable, and self-motivated
- A positive attitude and safety-first mindset
- Must be 23+ with a clean driving record and a valid driver's license
