Role OverviewK.C. Bobcat is looking for a Diesel Technician/Mechanic to provide quality repair services on Bobcat equipment. The role involves performing diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned construction equipment. The technician will identify problems with mechanical, hydraulic, diesel, and electrical systems and execute effective solutions.

The main responsibilities of this role include providing quality repair services, performing basic diagnostics, and executing solutions to problems with mechanical, hydraulic, diesel, and electrical systems.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 year technical school graduate preferred or equivalent experience
- 1-year fleet or dealership experience in a diesel shop is required; 3-5 years preferred
- Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer and service team
- Must have an inventory of hand tools to facilitate the assigned repairs
- Heavy equipment and/or agricultural experience is a plus
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
