Job Description
To serve as a communication link between clinical dietitians, food production/service and nurses/patients regarding meal service issues; maintains current documentation of patient diet orders; processes all therapeutic menus based on the diet orders; assists patients with meal selections; assists with patient tray line service.

Requirements

  • Experience with therapeutic diets in a healthcare facility preferred
  • High School or G.E.D required
  • Able to read, write and speak the English language
