Job Description
Dietary Aide position providing assistance in all food service functions, reporting to the Director of Dining Services. Responsibilities include serving food, setting up meal trays, and cleaning dining areas, as well as adhering to food policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Entry Level (0-3 Years) experience in Food Service or Hospitality
  • Serv Safe or required certification from local, county or state department
  • Ability to communicate well verbally and in a manner understood by management, co-workers and residents
  • Basic cooking and preparation of meal items
  • Thorough understanding of service techniques and requirements
  • Fundamental understanding of therapeutic diets, sanitation and service
