Assists with food preparation, follows procedural guidelines, and maintains equipment. Communicates with patients/residents/clients and family members, and responds to concerns with a helpful and caring demeanor.

Requirements

  • Follows diet orders and NPO diet orders
  • Assists cook in preparing meals, desserts and/or snacks
  • Uses proper food handling processes, procedures and policies
  • Delivers trays to patients/residents on halls
  • Delivers and serves meals to patients/residents in dining area
