Job Description
Reporting to the Dietary Manager, the Dietary Aide plays an important role in ensuring patient and family dietary needs are met, maintaining clean and sanitary food areas, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Previous institutional dietary service experience preferred
  • Ability to read, write and understand directions in the English language
  • Food Safety Certification highly desirable
  • Excellent basic math skills required for proper meal preparation and for measuring the appropriate amount of cleaning agents and chemicals
