Role OverviewThe Dietary Aide/Server is responsible for serving resident and guest meals, clean-up, and resetting of dining room following meal service. Attends to special needs of residents, assists with tray service, and follows confidentiality policies.
What You Will Do
Serve meals, provide beverage service, refill salt/pepper/sugar bowls, report broken equipment, and complete other duties assigned.

Requirements
- Must be in clean designated uniform during working hours and maintain good personal hygiene
- Must be able to read and follow simple instructions
- Must possess ability to perform simple, repetitive tasks
- Must be able to learn quickly and apply learned principles
- Must be able to communicate effectively and work under close supervision
- Must be able to bend, reach, grasp, push and pull objects
- Must be able to stand and walk for sustained periods up to three (3) hours at a time
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis and carry heavy objects for 20 feet
- Must be organized and willing to work well with other team members
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
