Role OverviewAs a Cook, you help nourish residents through thoughtfully prepared meals that meet dietary needs while supporting a warm, welcoming dining experience.
What You Will Do
Prepare meals according to resident diet specifications and menu plans, follow direction from the Dietary Supervisor, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.

Requirements
- Minimum of one (1) year cooking experience for a large group
- Long-term care or institutional experience preferred
- Ability to scale and quantify recipes to meet facility needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Service-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
- Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude
- Excellent attendance and reliability
