Dietary Cook

The Cook is a vital team member who will serve as a leader in the kitchen, working closely alongside the dietary director, dietary assistant, dietary aides, and cooks to guide all food functions. The Cook is responsible for the timely meal preparation of all meals consistent with the posted dining schedule and approved menus.

What You Will Do

Prepare meals in a timely manner, manage time effectively, pull and store meat correctly, and complete temp logs and cleaning schedules.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This role requires experience as a Cook or similar role, and working in a Skilled Nursing Facility is a plus. The ideal candidate will have strong time management skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements
