Job Description
The Dietary Manager will plan, organize, and direct the overall operation of the Dietary Department in a skilled nursing care center, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and nutritionally adequate meals in accordance with regulations.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of supervisory experience in a skilled nursing care center, hospital, or medical center
