Dietary Services Supervisor/Certified Dietary Manager

The Dietary Services Supervisor/Certified Dietary Manager is responsible for ensuring the timely preparation and delivery of nutritious meals, maintaining a safe and sanitary working environment, and interacting effectively with the interdisciplinary team.

The main responsibilities include preparing and delivering meals, maintaining inventory, participating in meetings, and ensuring the exchange of essential information with other departments.

• Graduate of California State approved DSS course, CDM certification with Title 22 coursework, or bachelor’s degree in related clinical nutrition field
• One year experience in healthcare related food service preferred
