Role OverviewThe Dietary Supervisor will oversee the work of Food Service Staff, schedule staff, and supervise the storage and care of food and supplies. They will also be responsible for cleaning the kitchen, storage, and dining areas, and equipment.
What You Will Do
The Dietary Supervisor will plan and assign work, prepare payroll, supervise storage and care of food and supplies, oversee cleaning, check resident trays, assist with meal production, and coordinate special events.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have prior Supervisor experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), experience with Dietech software, a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work as a team member.
