Role OverviewWe are a culture driven Skilled Nursing Facility that strives to put our employees first. We are looking for a registered dietitian to lead our team at two sister facilities.
What You Will Do
Advises and consults with Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Social Services to provide appropriate dietary services. Assess patient/resident medications for food and/or drug interactions. Interpret patient/resident laboratory results in order to individualize dietary guidelines.
