Job Description
The Florida Department of Children and Families is seeking a Dietitian to serve as the Dietitian within the Food Service Unit at the North Florida Evaluation and Treatment Center. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player who works seamlessly across all sections within the program office.

Requirements

  • Registered dietitian as defined by the American Dietetic Association
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in dietetics or food and nutrition
  • Ability to provide nutrition education to others
  • Ability to plan menus
  • Ability to prepare food specifications
  • Ability to calculate food costs
  • Ability to analyze food production methods for efficiency and sanitation practices
  • Ability to prepare and maintain records
  • Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
