Role OverviewNutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join their team in Hopewell, VA. The dietitian will work 16-24 hours/week in a long-term care community.
What You Will Do
The dietitian will complete clinical nutrition assessments, document using the Nutrition Care Process, collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team, complete the MDS - Section K, calculate TF, and make recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes.
