Role OverviewThe Dietitian plans, evaluates, and implements diets to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, treatment plans, and accreditation standards. They complete nutrition assessments, maintain dietary records, and provide in-service training programs. The role requires current licensure as a dietitian issued by the Ohio Board of Dietetics.

Requirements
- Current licensure as a dietitian as issued by the Ohio Board of Dietetics
- 1 year supervisory experience in dietetic service of health care institution (if employed at Ohio Veterans' Home)
