Job Description
The Digger Derrick Ground Hand is responsible for supporting the safe and efficient operation of a digger derrick crew, with tasks including setting up and breaking down job sites, handling materials, and maintaining communication with the operator and crew.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of utility construction or related labor experience
  • Familiarity with digger derrick operations and basic rigging
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs
  • Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required)
  • Pass a background check and drug screening
