Job Description
The Digital Billing Specialist will prepare, enter, and obtain supporting data for digital invoices from Operative One and Oracle Financial System, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while working with internal/external customers.

Requirements

  • Preferably a two-year degree in Accounting and/or basic accounting knowledge
  • Accounting experience and knowledge/experience with revenue recognition
  • Thorough knowledge of PC spreadsheet applications (Excel)
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Self-driven, motivated, and goal oriented, with the ability to work well in a team environment
