Role OverviewThe Digital Business Partner serves as the strategic interface between business functions and IT, ensuring technology investments deliver measurable business value and support enterprise strategy. This role operates as a trusted advisor to functional leadership, translating business strategy into prioritized technology outcomes, shaping demand, and co-owning value realization across the portfolio.
What You Will Do
Participate in business strategy, OKR, and annual planning processes (AOP / LRP), translate functional strategy into multi-year technology and capability roadmaps, identify digital, data, AI, and automation opportunities, serve as strategic advisor to functional leadership on technology trends and opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Digitization or related field
- 8+ years experience in IT Business Partner, Digital Transformation, Consulting, or Product roles
- Experience working with executive stakeholders
- Experience in business case development and portfolio prioritization
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments (ERP, data, integration, cloud, AI)
