Job Description
The Digital Collaboration Analyst will plan and coordinate UC related systems and sub-systems, maintain and manage various communication systems, and provide technical support and customer service to company business partners.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of direct work experience in a similar technology support position
  • Knowledge of Cisco Router/Switch installations and IP networking
  • Experience with Cisco CUCM, Cisco Unity, Cisco Telepresence, Cisco Webex Meetings, Cisco Jabber and Apple iPhones
