Job Description
Digital Communications Manager at DVS. Manages and supports the agency’s digital communications operations to advance public awareness of programs, services, events, and initiatives serving veterans and their families.

Requirements

  • Manage the agency’s day-to-day digital communications efforts across website, email, social media, and related digital platforms.
  • Develop, write, edit, and publish digital content, including graphics, videos, photographs, flyers, and other multimedia materials.
  • Maintain and update the agency website, including posting new content and revising existing pages to ensure accuracy, usability, and accessibility.
  • Monitor, compile, and analyze digital communications metrics and prepare reports on performance, reach, and audience engagement.
