Requirements
3-5+ years of hands-on digital news leadership experience
A Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or equivalent experience
A proven track record of digital innovation and measurable audience growth

The ability to stay calm under pressure and make smart decisions during live, breaking news situations
Exceptional journalism writing skills and AP style proficiency

Flexibility with your schedule and willingness to be part of a weekend on-call manager rotation
