Digital Delivery Specialist

As a Digital Delivery Specialist, you will manage the digital model environment and deliverables for an entire project, working directly with the Project Manager to generate and maintain the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP). You will execute digital deliverables and support production teams throughout the complete lifecycle of projects, providing technical support and communicating the deliverable schedule to the project team. You will also maintain quality, monitoring the model health and coordination processes of the project, from the planning phase through issue of construction documents.

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include managing the digital model environment and deliverables, working with the Project Manager to generate and maintain the DDP, executing digital deliverables, providing technical support, and communicating the deliverable schedule to the project team.

Requirements

• Technical degree or a combination of education and relevant experience
• A minimum of 5 years digital design (BIM element authoring) and 3 years digital delivery (model management) experience
• Comprehensive understanding of all discipline relations and operations of building systems
• Advanced skillset of 3D design software and document management infrastructure
• Advanced skillset of 3D Coordination tools
• Advanced skillset of Microsoft Office products and communication tools
• Familiarity with industry standards and practices, along with discipline codes and specifications
• Familiarity with basic automation and programming applications for efficiencies
• Familiarity with 3D design software add-ins and supporting applications
• Familiarity with content creation and management concepts
