Role OverviewWe are seeking a Manager, Digital DTC Product to support and execute the global digital product roadmap for a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) eCommerce business. This role will focus on optimizing the online customer journey, improving user experience, driving conversion rate growth, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance website performance.
What You Will Do
Manage and maintain the global eCommerce platform and digital product roadmap. Analyze the end-to-end customer journey and identify opportunities to reduce friction and improve conversion rates. Utilize web analytics and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1–2+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Product, eCommerce, or related fields

- Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Google Analytics is highly preferred
