Role OverviewThe Digital Experience Manager is responsible for supporting the development, management, and optimization of First Horizon's owned digital properties, with a primary focus on the public website. This role ensures that digital experiences are aligned with brand standards, business objectives, and customer needs.
What You Will Do
Support the day-to-day management and ongoing enhancement of the public website and owned digital properties, coordinate with internal stakeholders to execute website updates, and manage content updates and publishing within the content management system (CMS).

- Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and managing website content
- Strong understanding of website structure, user experience (UX), and digital best practices
- Familiarity with SEO principles and web accessibility standards
- Experience working with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and interpreting performance data
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
