Job Description
Maintain and grow revenue through multi-channel direct marketing disciplines and oversee development and management of all donors fundraising campaigns. Supervise and manage Communications Assistant. Works under the direction of the Director of Development.

  • Oversee development and management of all donors fundraising campaigns
  • Supervise and manage Communications Assistant
  • Work with digital agencies to execute the most efficient and effective mix of paid media
  • Maintain analytics reports on campaign performance across platforms and track KPIs
  • Plan and monitor social media campaigns across our digital channels
  • Create and maintain The Salvation Army Orange County portfolio of websites
  • Manage digital fundraising campaigns on the GoFundMe fundraising platform
  • Execute strategic email campaigns with segmented audiences for donor retention and acquisition
  • Design and oversee all printed and digital materials for internal and external distribution
  • Lead weekly Marketing Department meetings
  • Work with development department to execute annual gala, Night for Others
  • Stay current on platform changes and trends
  • Ability to communicate impact authentically
  • Translate program impact into compelling content
  • Fundraising or donor-focused content creation experience
  • Proficient in Adobe Create Cloud
  • Proficient in Google analytics and Google Suite
  • Experience with website creation tools, social media, and printed/digital advertising
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Ability to work with, direct, and relate well with co-workers, community members, and guests/clients
  • Able to function in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment
