Digital Marketing Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years' progressive experience in digital marketing experience, CRM marketing, or lifecycle marketing
• Hands-on experience executing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, including Adobe Analytics
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or Figma
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related discipline
• MBA a plus
• Working knowledge of current digital, digital media, and technology trends
• Deep understanding of content marketing, email marketing, and SEO marketing concepts and strategies
• Proven data-driven thinker with a creative mindset, equally comfortable analyzing metrics and generating novel ideas for effective digital marketing strategies
• Strong project management and Agile development skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to establish a high level of credibility with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to leadership
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Basic knowledge of SQL and/or Python
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Copilot)
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
• Strong orientation toward results coupled with reputation for integrity and sound judgment
• Must have the ability to challenge, when appropriate, existing practices
