Job Description
Charisma Media is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns for their books, authors, and brand. This hands-on role requires technical expertise combined with a passion for ministry and publishing. The position is on-site, requiring candidates local to Lake Mary, Florida, or able to work in person full-time.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in publishing, ecommerce, or ministry-related organizations
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, Shopify/WordPress
  • Strong copywriting and content planning skills for Christian audiences
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret marketing analytics and performance reports
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Personal alignment with Charisma Media’s faith-based mission and values
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation systems
  • Understanding of online sales funnels and lead generation strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
