Job Description
This Digital Navigator role is responsible for assisting Veterans with obtaining and setting up new phones, or devices, and to provide training to improve digital literacy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in IT support, digital literacy instruction, and/or training
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Working knowledge of internet services, online applications, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other digital items
