Requirements

  • Proven experience in change management, organizational effectiveness, or workforce strategy
  • Track record of leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
  • Strong program management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Familiarity with AI/digital tools and their workforce implications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Prosci or equivalent change management certification strongly preferred
