Role OverviewAjaia is hiring a Digital Product Designer to run discovery and design on client engagements and on Ajaia's own product suite. The designer will talk to users, watch what they do, and turn that into journeys, wireframes, and prototypes an engineer can build from.
What You Will Do
The designer will run discovery on client engagements, talk to users of Ajaia's own products, synthesize findings, design solutions, test designs with real users, and own the design standard across Ajaia's product suite.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will be AI fluent, comfortable working directly alongside engineers, and able to hold a room when the evidence points somewhere a stakeholder does not expect.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- No minimum years required
- Public portfolio or case studies
- Experience designing AI-native workflows
- Consulting, agency, or professional services experience
- Comfort with lightweight front-end implementation
