Job Description
The Digital Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering organization-wide projects that support the operational, strategic, and mission-driven objectives of the 9/11 Memorial & Museum. This role emphasizes strong communication, stakeholder alignment, and disciplined execution rather than ownership of a specific platform or system.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience managing projects in a professional environment
Experience working on cross-functional, multi-stakeholder initiatives
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification preferred but not required
