Role OverviewThe Digital Publications Specialist is responsible for handling the final stages of publishing codebooks and other publications from ICC and its subsidiaries. They will assist in post-processing PDF and other downloadable files, manage listings, and perform quality control.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include administering ICC publications, tracking publishing dates, post-processing publications, and performing QA of publications in print and downloadable formats.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in relevant IT fields, technical schooling, and skills in Adobe Acrobat, Framemaker, and Indesign. Experience in content QA/QC, CSS, HTML, and XML skills are a plus.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years' experience in relevant Information Technology fields
- Experience working with Adobe Acrobat, Framemaker, and Indesign
- Experience in content QA/QC
- CSS, HTML, and XML skills
- Experience working with other markup languages
- Knowledge of user interface/web usability and information architecture principles
