Role OverviewThe Digital QA Analyst is responsible for managing all activities necessary to ensure Stuller.com and its supporting systems are working well in terms of functionality, performance, reliability, stability, security, and compatibility with all other systems.
What You Will Do
Review new features and designs, test new website features, develop and maintain functional test cases, execute and evaluate manual and automated test cases, and report test results.

Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL
- Comfortable with C#, PowerShell, XML, HTML, and JavaScript
- Strong ability to create clear, concise, detail-oriented test plans and cases
- Excellent communication skills to work with QA teams, development teams, and management
- Strong customer-centric focus
- Ability to work independently across multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- 5+ years of relevant QA technical experience
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Expertise in website, API, GraphQL, and database testing
- Experience in unit testing, user-acceptance testing, black box testing, end-to-end testing, and load testing
- Experience working within a development team and using ticketing systems such as Jira Software
