Role OverviewThe Digital Sales Assistant is a critical member of the Sales team, ensuring digital marketing client campaigns run effectively and efficiently. This position works strategically with the Multimedia Sales Managers, Digital Sales Specialist, and Media Executives to monitor digital campaign performance and develop integrated marketing campaigns.
What You Will Do
Digital order entry, request, update, and monitor digital creative scheduling on all campaigns, execute campaigns and creative development for all digital advertising, assist in the startup process for digital campaigns, monitor digital campaigns' pacing and effectiveness, create Digital Banner Ads for clients, manage and communicate inventory sell-through percentages and avails to staff, reconcile/audit 3rd party billing, and work closely with the Digital Sales Specialist and Media Executives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in digital media, digital marketing strategy, or client solutions
- Proficiency in, or the ability to quickly learn, Gray systems such as Wide Orbit, OMS, and BI tools and digital platforms (Google Ads, DSPs, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical and operational information into clear, client-ready insights
- Skilled at bridging technical detail to business context to help teams position solutions effectively
- Understanding of attribution models, ROI reporting, and performance measurement
- Highly motivated, proactive, and collaborative
