Role OverviewThe Digital Shelf Manager will own the brands' presence across all eCommerce touchpoints to drive conversion across major retailer sites. This role will be the architect of the shopper's journey, making it exciting to ensure every click leads to a seamless, persuasive, and best-in-class brand experience.
What You Will Do
The single most important outcome for this position is maximizing conversion rates by optimizing Product Detail Pages (PDPs) and managing digital shelf performance monitoring. This includes owning Digital Shelf Performance & Analytics, developing Agentic Commerce Readiness Plans, driving PDP Optimization & Content Strategy, leading Digital Execution for New Product Launch (NPL) and Product Updates, and managing Retailer and Vendor Relationships.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Category Management or related experience
- Proficiency in PIM/DAM systems, syndication platforms, and digital shelf analytics tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools
- Results-oriented with a strong passion for driving growth in the retail sector
- Ability to thrive and advocate focus in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and storytell across all levels of the organization
- Innovative and creative, always looking for new ways to engage shoppers and drive brand success
- Analytical mindset with a proven ability to turn feedback and coaching into strategic action
- Experience with retail media platforms and analytics tools such as Profitero, Revuze, or SimilarWeb
- Previous experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
- Master’s degree or MBA
